its been 2  years since wings, but i always get so emotional with the solos songs, each one give me such diferent energies

and i feel sad that theses lastest solos from LY dont get me the same. besides Trivia Just Dance and Epiphany, i feel that they tried to repeat the same formula from wings solos but didnt work cause isnt the same soul

You were at the park as always during mornings on weekends to walk your dog.“ Ah! Ice! Come back here!” You dashed to chase your dog ‘cause you didn’t noticed the leash slipped off of your hands. You stopped before a hotdog stand to glance around, catching sight of Ice scampering towards the lake with his nose down on the grass. He turned left, you couldn’t see him ‘cause of the shrubs and bushes and trees. You ran and slid to stop your momentum then sprinted to Ice’s direction. That was the plan you had in mind.

“Oh shucks.” You screamed after tripping on a large root as you plummet into the lake.

*SPLASH!*

A brown haired guy was rubbing Ice’s stomach, he looked up when he heard the scream being silenced by the water of the lake. He grabbed the dogs leash and stepped towards you near the water. “Are you alright?” The guy asked.

You scowled and was about to yell an obnoxious retort when you saw his face.

“Miss? Did you hit your head?” He glanced at the shore and ascended into the lake, bending down slightly to take a look on you. “My name’s Kim Seok Jin, I worked for the park. Do you need any assistance other than helping you up?” He held out his hand to you, staring right into your eyes.

You were glad that sand and mud mostly covered your face so he couldn’t see how the blood crept up to color your cheeks. “T-thanks.” You took his hand and was shocked at the mud/sand that spattered to his hand and sleeve. You hadn’t thought about how you look like until now.

Jin helped you up, not looking like he cared for the mud/sand in his hand and sleeve as he continued to stare at you. This made you squirm a bit so you frowned but then saw Ice at the shore.

“There you are!” You were sauntering towards Ice and crouching down to have a staring contest with him. “Can you see you’re owner perfectly? This is me, attempting to rescue you from being chopped into dices and eaten. Or worse!”

Jin stifled a laugh.

You looked over your shoulder to glare at Jin. “What?”

“What’s worse for a dog than being chopped and eaten?”

You sighed exasperatedly and observed Jin. Who pursed his lips and looked down at his reflection in the water like a kid being chided. Guilt crashed landed into you and before you knew it, you were already apologizing and stating your name.

Jin shook his head. “No, I should be apologizing for talking when your head hadn’t cooled down.”

“It’s okay, it’s just… I really hate getting stains on my clothes, you know?” You offered a smile.

Jin coughed suddenly and wrapped a pink scarf around his neck up to his face. Showing his eyes and forehead only.

You couldn’t help but giggle at the sight. “Are you cold?”

Jin nodded vigorously.

You grinned. “You know it’s the middle of summer, right?”

Jin slowly nodded and shook his head simultaneously. This made you chortle while doubling over. He couldn’t help but think how pretty you look when you laugh.

“What? Gorgeous, ain’t I?” You snickered.

Jin was breathing out a laugh and pulling down the scarf. “Not as gorgeous as me.”

“Wait, are you gay?”

Jin hastily tugging up the scarf to hide the embarrassment. “No!”

You laughed. “S-sorry, pft!”

“But admit it, I am drop dead gorgeous. You were ogling at me a while ago.” Jin smirked.

A brilliant idea popped in your head and you couldn’t help but sneer. “Ohhh~ drop dead gorgeous, huh?” You bent down to scoop a handful of wet sand and mud, pitching it to Jin’s face before he could react. There was a muffled yelp and he fell into the lake. You burst out of laughter, hugging yourself when your stomach tightened from laughing too much. Wiping a tear off the corner of your eye as Jin propped himself up and swept the mud off his face.

“Let’s rephrase ‘drop dead gorgeous’ to ‘drop mud gorgeous.’” You giggled.

It was corny but you laughed out loud anyways. Jin stood up in a split second, already carrying you in his arms and throwing you into the lake. You yelled as gravity yanked you down, closing your mouth to prevent water from entering. You gasped when you sat up, opening your eyes and closing them that instance after something cold and wet struck your face.

You were sweeping the mud off your face and glaring at the guy laughing while running out of the lake. “KIM SEOK JIN!!!!”

Ice barked and ran after you, both of you with mud in their hands. People were staring but you two seemed to not even notice as you run around throwing mud at each other.“
