My back is better, but I think that's because my mom gave me this weird ibuprofen that's like ten times more powerful than the normal kind. Knocked me out, I'll tell you that. I took it the past two days in a row and there is a noticeable difference. I've been trying some stretches too, and I'm hoping that the pain lessons more, but it's manageable right now.
