An Introduction to Making Trouble with Textiles

I'll be taking a workshop next week on Saturday 4th May which ties in with the exhibition that has just finished at the R-Space Gallery in Lisburn, Northern Ireland.

The class is a basic introduction to the contemporary craft movement and the concept of 'craftivism' and will also include the opportunity for participants to learn some basic knitting and cross-stitch techniques and pick up some ideas for alternative ways they might be applied. 

It runs from 11:00am - 3:00pm and it's completely free.

SooperSweet Exhibition 16th March - 13th April

I have new work going into this group show which opens next week at the R-Space Gallery in the Linen Rooms in Lisburn.

There's a free launch event with a DJ, live art, edibles and drinkables on Saturday 16th March which starts at 2:00pm (for under 18s) and then from 5:00 - 7:00 for those who consider themselves adults.
