Soot River Sunday. Exploring the Soot River from Brgy Danglas downstream to Calaba. Wow, what an exciting river to kayak. As we rounded one bend we came across this waterfall dropping straight into the river. We beached for ten minutes to check it out and discovered that the water is warm indicating a possible hotspring somewhere above. . After a week of non stop rain, while other rivers turned a chocolatey brown, the Soot River in Brgy Danglas remains clean and clear.
