Howls Moving Castle is a great film and my favourite comfort film as long as you ignore the book
#howl was WELSH#sophie had POWERS#markl was a 15yr old named micheal and had a GIRLFRIEND#howl was such a drama queen in the book the film is so lacking on that front#and the black door was WALES#HIS HOME AND FAMILY#the characters always seem so flat in the film after reading the book#like why does the witch of the waste do nothing in it??#still love it though#howls moving castle#hmc book#hmc movie#studio ghibli
