fuck i’m tired. so this is my third day living healthy as fuck and i’m feeling good. tired as shit, but i feel my body is slowly returning back to a healthy state, physically and mentally. i’ll keep this short so i can go to bed soon.
food:
smoothie in the mornan. spinach, bananers, almond milk, cacao and flax seed.
fruit salad for lunch: pineapple (super sweet!) and giant grapes that had to be cut in half (also sweet).
for dinner i had the same as yesterday: zucchini noodles, only difference was that i added corn. topped it off with some spicy chipotle sauce.
later i had bananas with cinnamon, almonds and raisins. cup of tea on the side.
in the morning i did a quick 15 minute HIIT session on the treadmill. what i do is set the speed to 6mph and every other 30 seconds i jump on the treadmill and do quick sprints. i increase the speed every five minutes or so until i’m running somewhere around 7.7mph towards the end. after that i did the arms and abs workout of the BBG program. here it is:

alright, i’m done for today. i’m enjoying seeing the results of these three days and the impact of these healthy building habits. feeling good, real real good.
