I must admit I have really mixed feelings about Phia/Helaena appreciation posts. On one hand, it's funny to me that despite the fact she's given awful wigs, costumes and rather unflattering makeup, many notice she's a pretty woman. I think her smile is particularly nice.

On the other hand, constant remarks about her breasts are giving me an ick. I'm not trying to pretend I am blissfully ignorant od the fact that many think big(gish) boobies sexy. It's got fandom and jokes about Bobby B.'s "Bessie" are still a thing. It's no secret many "Game of Thrones" fans expect some explicit stuff , people have different preferences and some find full-figured women especially attractive. It's rather disheaetening appreciating women almost always lead to sexualising them.

That happens to almost anyone whose image ends up online, male or female, and celebrities receive the worst of it.

It is uncomfortable to watch, but the internet still operates like an unregulated frontier unless moderators or platform rules step in. Admiration quickly turns into objectification because too many people forget there is an actual person behind the photograph.

If the alysmond anon was such a great art connaisseur, they wouldn't be shittalking audiobook narrators. Voice actors are underrated as hell and "acting" with one's voice only is quite challenging.

You can easily find BBC's radio drama "Christobel" on YouTube. Phia had a role there and did a good job. I liked her signing. I'm not saying she's Maria Callas or something, but ability to sing well is doubtlessly an actor's asset.

I do not think that Alysmond anon is any kind of serious critic.

What informed person gets repeatedly proven wrong, then spends every waking hour stalking a fanfic blog to attack an actress they clearly feel threatened by and defend a fanon ship nobody here cares about? 😂

Voice work, stage performance, singing, and screen acting all require different skills. A thirty-second search would show that Phia has done far more than HOTD, but it seems YouTube and Google are still too technologically advanced for that miserable creature.
