i was so shocked to see that this comic has a fanbase! ;; it makes me wonder. have you read the sorobochi's "Memory of No. -----" manga english translations? it has a really fun world-buildings of the octoling kind and agent 8 as a person.. monjiro/agent 3 is also my favourite there.
I think if you liked fun salmon run you will also like sorobochi. though it is a lot more directly story focused and can be depressing..;;
it was completely translated by raccisas and trisloshr and you can even find it on tumblr from my memory!

I have not actually heard of 'memory of no. -----' prior to this, but I went ahead and gave it a read and oh my gosh what a beautiful comic! I hardly think abt the agents (four's an exception) but I really did enjoy going through it ..
there's so many fun characters in this comic that I really liked, but hachibe and 8888's interactions really stuck out to me .. 8888 in general js makes me sympathetic towards her, also I got really emotional when all the octolings were looking at the sunrise through hacibe's memories ngl <:']
also monjiro is pretty cool, i think they're pretty silly! 🐛
