The Santa Clara/Silicon Valley Soroptimists' annual Classy Bag Affaire set a new fundraising record on April 25.

Since 2011, the Santa Clara/Silicon Valley Soroptimists have celebrated Spring with its Classy Bag Affaire luncheon fundraiser at the Santa Clara Marriott, auctioning handbags filled with treats ranging from gift cards and jewelry to wine country weekends and sports tickets. Soroptimist Chino Hills/Inland Empire will have a fundraising dinner on Tuesday, from 4 until 9 p.m., at Cannataro’s, 12345 Mountain Ave., Chino.
