Let’s play the fun game of why am I feeling sick!
Is it covid? My period? A normal cold? Cause I’ve barely eaten today? Cause I’ve been walking around for most of the day? Cause I’m tired? Cause I’ve talked too much? Cause I’m binding?

You know, being gay is more acceptable to society than being trans, and so many people consider trans people the butt of the joke. I'm just so scared. I'm scared nobody will take me seriously. I'm scared I'll fall in love and find out they saw me as a girl the whole time. I'm scared I'll never get the surgeries I need. I'm scared for my life. My own mother doesn't respect my gender. My gender is a part of who I am.
Great my roommates had a fight and now I'm in a horrible mood. I don't know I just, I knew fights like this were coming. I could tell from the first week when we all met. I guess that's what you get when you stick 6 girls who don't know each other in an apartment together. So that put a downer on my mood. And now I just feel inadequate because whenever I post an ask meme no one answers. Then I feel like I'm annoying people by sending them questions in their ask. I feel like I'm doing something wrong. What am I doing wrong? What am I doing to push people away? I just want to interact with you and get to know you... I'm sorry if I'm bothering you. Sorry...

I had a sister that worked in the perfume department and said it was really awful, but that’s all I know about it o.o
It’s usually a knee-jerk reaction for some people to disregard celebrity perfumes because they’re endorsed by celebrities. They’ll also direct a lot of hate towards the fragrance because of the celebrity in question, Paris Hilton for example, and that hate usually disregards the fragrance itself and just judges it based on the famous face behind it.
Most celebrity fragrances are fruity sweet, and don’t usually differ from their competetors. Chosing to sell themselves to a broader market instead of taking risks, which I think is what the perfume market needs to start doing. But just because these fragrances are engineered to a certain majority, that doesn’t make them all bad!
Britney Spears’ perfumes are brilliant! They’re all individual, beautifully packaged fragrances with an amazing nose behind them. I’d even go so far as to call some of them excellent! Paris Hilton has some brilliantly varied perfumes, and Sarah Jessica Parker has released affordable scents that are indistinguishable in quality from some high end fragrances. Just because a famous person is trying to get their fans to give them more money by making a perfume, doesn’t mean the perfume has to be rubbed off as terrible. I think that people shouldn’t bully or deride people who prefer celebrity fragrances just because they’re made by a celebrity. Christian Dior was a celebrity. Coco Chanel was a celebrity. Giorgio Armani was a celebrity. Y’all get where I’m goin’ with this?
(Just as a quick aside, I personally think that Justin Beiber’s perfumes should be hated because the fragrances are terrible, AND because he’s a shitty human being.)
This brings us to Fame by Lady Gaga. Lady Gaga’s perfume is interesting. It’s her first fragrance, and I think it’s wonderful. It’s a black liquid that atomizes clear, it’s in a wonderfully decorative bottle, and it smells different. Yes it’s still sweet, but it’s also floral, smokey, a little creamy, with the slightest hint of honey rounding it all out. It’s got belladonna in it too which is a very uncommon scent and one of my favorites so that’s an added bonus. It certainly has an intriguing undertone and complexity to it that I love.
Work rant.
Fed up with my job. I really am.
So they decided yesterday that they are going to bring in another SGA (keyholder) for training. This new gal is going to----get this----cut MY hours in HALF. They won't bother giving the store training hours for her, they're just taking it out of the store hours. And the first person they cut? Obviously not the assistant manager or store manager.
They say it's only temporary. Well I only have student loans and bills to pay every month, that's not important, right? Seriously?
Our store is a very slow store. I've only been getting 32 hours as it is, and even then, they STILL can't work with me when it comes to my second job that I work ONE DAY a week. Only Wednesdays. My other boss is probably on the verge of letting me go because no one else will work a Wednesday for me. I haven't been in 2 weeks. So on top of that, I have to deal with my hours HALVED? Screw this.
I'm going to find another job that will work with me and give me solid hours. This is bullshit. I work extremely hard at this store, and no one cares or notices or even gives me a pat on the back to say "thanks". They always tell me "You should be our ASM, you do so much work blah blah" and I'm always digging people put of holes. But it never pays off.
I think it's time for me to move on.
No, mom. You're not going to run my life. No, mom. You're not going to tell me who I am allowed to speak to and who I am not. No, mom. I'm not going to listen to all your "world-renowned" life advice you have to give to me. I'm a strong person. I'm not going to let you tell me that someone is a bad person when you haven't even gotten to know them on the level I have. I'm not going to let you give me advice about "healthy" relationship with people when all you do is call the person that I hold closest to my heart a whore. You, mom, have no place in telling me that something I am doing in my life is stupid, that I make bad choices in friends, that I have no clue on what the hell I'm doing with my money. Yes, I am your child. You raised me and brought me up, but I'm also a human being. I have my own thoughts, wants, and needs. I'm not going to follow your silly regime of how to do things in my life. I have my own brain and unlike most, I think for myself. I actually think things out pretty well before I do anything. You think I don't, but I do. Because I'm not a kid anymore. I'm a young adult. And you can blame all these arguments on me or my girlfriend, but it's really you who is also at fault here. You, mom, are an adult, but adults aren't some immortal, all-knowing beings! You need to understand that I do things with a purpose. I look to the future when I make decisions. But all you see is a teenager that is only arguing with you because I'm in a "rebellious" phase. No, mom, we clash so much because we don't agree on a lot of things. We aren't the same kind of person. We have different morals and values. Which is why when my cat died two weeks ago, I cried my heart out all night. I couldn't even think straight that whole day after. And you...you just shook it off. You still smiled and laughed with your friends. You drank and had a good time like nothing had happened. We think differently and because of that, we might always bump heads when it comes to things. You just need to learn to accept me for who I am and for what I stand for.
