First, go on DouYin app. and search the account below 人民讯合 renminxunhe. You will see this T-shirt listed as one of their products.

Click on that T-shirt and the red icon next to the star means buy it now.

This small window will pop up, click the box saying 白色 (white, your only choice) and the red button at the bottom to proceed.

Top section with the location icon will open up a page where you can fill in your name, Chinese phone number and Chinese address. This part will probably require that you get a Chinese friend or relative to help you 😂
