Guilty Pleasures: Baths. She loves a good bath. Bubble baths or ones that just have heavily scented aromas are her absolute favorite.
Phobias: Tight spaces, as she actually does suffer from claustrophobia. When she was young she’d been dropped while doing a cheerleading stunt and broke her collarbone. But as the doctors wanted to be sure she hadn’t hit her head, she was put into a CAT scan and promptly freaked out.
What They Would Be Famous For: Her work in the Assassination Bureau (though the word would probably infamous rather than ‘famous), being Flare, and her want to help meta-children.
What They Would Get Arrested For: Murder. 100%. While in the Assassination Bureau she’s murdered countless of people for money. Not just that, but she’d killed at least two people on accident before because of one incident where she was still working on getting a solid grasp of her powers and a second incident where she was trying to protect Brady when they were homeless.

OC Most Likely To Murder Them: Within my own universe, my version of Stratos absolutely would if he were given the chance.
Favorite Movie/Book Genre: Romantic Comedies, or more specific, anythign with Chris Evans.
Least Favorite Movie/Book Cliche: The ‘enemies to lovers’ where the guy is actually being incredibly toxic and won’t take “no” for an answer and keeps pushing the girl and showing he’s great until she finally falls for him.
Talents and/or Powers: She’s a fire metahuman so she has a buttload of powers. But as for talents, she’s a gymnast, a former cheerleader, her fighting style is based off parkour due to this, she can do up-close magic, and can clap with one hand.
Why Someone Might Love Them: Cadence is loyal but also self-centered, she’s brave, but also hesitant, she’s courageous, but also ruthless. Everything great about Cade you can find something bad about her and its that balance that makes it so that its easy to love her. She’s very maternal in having had her son when she as sixteen and loves all children because of it, often sticking up for them when others don’t. She will race into danger and not worry about the consequences until later, often breaking down with her stress, nerves, and fear. She cares a lot about other people...and has a tendency to be spoiled that can be attributed to getting great gifts for other people.
Why Someone Might Hate Them: Because of all her bad traits listed above, her being spoiled, and sometimes she can be a spoiled brat and really want to get her way, and other times she’s very, very self-centered.
How They Change: Cadence initially is all for herself. She works with the Assassination Bureau to keep herself and her son alive, not really caring who gets in the way. But as soon as she meets Team Flash, most specifically Barry, she realizes how it feels to not have to rely on herself so much. She has friends she can rely on. Cadence quickly grows out of being a calculated murderer for the Assassination Bureau and becomes a hero in her own right, despite the many instances she’s sidelined to Flash’s fame (she’s his partner, not his sidekick) she’s always supportive-and teasing-of the praise the Flash gets.
Why You Love Them: She’s the first OC I wrote that I actually had a solid grasp upon before having showed her off on FFN. I knew she was a teen mom, I knew she had a troubled and misguided bakground, I knew she had a connection with Harrison and Tess that no one would see coming, I knew she was going to try to kill Barry and fall for him (though I originally had her paired with Roy from Arrow), and I basically had an idea of what her trajectory was throughout the rest of the series, taking in whatever the show gives and twisting it so that it’d fit. It makes her a VERY easy character to write. I love her spunky personality, I love that she loves to have fun, I love that she teases people, I love that she’s more open with taboo topics because she herself is a taboo topic (teen mom), I loved that she’s faced a lot of hardship but has never used it as a means to be cruel or angsty, she’s always loyal and cheerful until she becomes Flare and has to be more serious I love that about her.
