had the most braindead repetitive conversation/argument with my parents. buzz cuts are too masculine but if you dye a design on it it become effeminate which is bad because then you look weak and if youre weak then society falls apart (all societies ever that have fallen apart for any reason are actually because of feminine men) and we start sacrificing babies. and also all mental illness is invented because only 4 people had anxiety in the 90s and covid was made up so that we would all become gay and trans and then the government can control us better and be joe biden's little sex slaves. and also i need to keep my hair long because my father finds it attractive. what
Conundrum:
Works in restaurant, Works night shift and is there past 10. Has no car and only person able to come get you is like your grandma. Its 10:45 and boss man says you're gonna be here awhile. (you let your mouth fly wtf) attitude ensues. You get to go home soon after (prob cause boss sent you home and you walked past hime) and fam had to still come get you round 11.
Idk like i know I work in a restaurant and its likely im going to work late shifts but dude wtf I have no car and my family cant come get me after a certain time. They say the staff can take me home but that inst their responsibility nor is it fair. Idk I have to check my attitude and suck it up i guess but there is alot of shit that isnt fly right now.
Thinking about school and university and tuition and the cost of textbooks is so incredibly stressful and traumatizing. When did getting an education (at any level really) become such a source of stress, anxiety and panic. I hate the fact that adults think that it's not a big deal. That getting into a post secondary school is the end of it because that's what it was like for them. Don't "well back in my day" me. That was at least 30 years ago, probably more. Don't fucking go there. The world has changed in the past 30 years so don't you dare tell me it's easy to get through. Don't you dare tell people their anxiety and stress over these things is pointless and without justification. You little fucker.
personal shit.
urgh. you know what. i hate having parents of different cultures and religions. they both have completely different views on whats 'right and wrong'. i hate it. i dont hate being mixed race, because im very proud of what and who i am. but its just the lifestyle that comes along with divorced parents who have such a different view point on pretty much everything. so you can imagine the arguments.
my dad. urgh. i don't think i can cope anymore. he thinks i should like sit at home and never do anything that i would find fun like go out and get drunk etc. but on the other hand my mum doesn't mind me going out to parties, sleeping out etc. therefore, again you can imagine the arguments.
well again today, i ask my dad if he can give me a lift to a concert im going to and he's like 'who's going?' 'what concert is it?' and a million other questions. then hes all like, 'no i dont want you going'. URGGHHH. no seriously. i have had this planned since last year. so i got really upset because i dont want to let my friend down because she bought me the ticket. and my mums all like 'AMBER, you are going i dont care what your dad says. you just remember you has legal custody over you, i say what you can and cant do.' but i dont think she realises its not that easy to just go and not get my dad going crazy at me. so yeah, tomorrow shall be another argument with them over me. FUN. :| FFS. no body else that i know have these stupid ass fucking problems. why cant i have normal parents? :(
