“It’s a new Fantasia formula, perfectly safe,” Tilly said mockingly to herself as she stomped along. “Nothing will go wrong or explode, my dear mostly competent apprentice, I promise!”

Tell that to her missing miqo’te ears and tail then! She rubbed angrily at her new hyuran ears, hissing At least she retained her enhanced senses and the physical makeup of her miqo eyes that faintly glowed in the night thanks to the mirror layer within. The tapetum lucidum remained, therefore so did her sensitive night vision. And her fangs too.

Alas, Tilly was lacking the most obvious parts of her identity as a miqo’te.

All thanks to Master Severian’s latest experiment binge, damn him. Tilly almost missed when he was obsessed with reviving the dead. The head of the Alchemist Guild tended to be insane yet predictable in those days.

Worst of all, due to the extreme aetheric fluctuations from the experimental Fantasia exploding in her face, a riftgate ripped open in the middle of the guild’s basement lab. Guess who got sucked right in?

Tilly’s day went from bad to worst in a blink.

“WHERE THE HELLS AM I?!” the former miqo’te howled in the middle of the old growth forest she had found herself in when she finally woke up again. This definitely wasn’t the godsdamn Thanalan desert!

Ramblings of a man who just loves Lae and Moxie and I'm in a pride mood

One of my favorite conversations I've had with Moxie's creator is Mox (much like her creator) has a habit of collecting "trophies" from her companions. Usually just small trinkets either given to her, or ones she acquired after the persons passing. But of these, hilariously, is one of Lae's hairpin he'd use to keep his hair tucked. It wasn't necessarily malicious, but she displayed it because it reminded her of him. Lae thinks he just misplaced it, and mentions it to her one day that he needs a new one to tuck his hair back. So she gifts him a new one, and its never leaves his hair from then on

I don't draw him with it as often as I should. It's a part of him, and his love for his wife
