I'm gonna talk about hero HCs too but i hope y'all don't mind much :/ This time is gwen

Gwen Hcs: -She invites her fellow hero friends to grilling parties every sunday, preparing meat and burgers for everyone!! -Before becoming the gwen as we know her, she had many degrees as different monkey towers: From Moab domination, to ring of fire, to signal flare, then dragon's breath and for last, top and middle path alchemist!! She combines her alchem and firey knowledge to create her molotov cocktails and flamethrower -Most heroes make sure she's always far from vegetation, after that "burning a whole forest" incident -Sometimes, secretly, throws parties in the jungle with her boomerang monkey friends -She has a Kyle Boomerang (2-0-5 Moab Domination) as a weapon too, but never uses it (she forgot) -Gwen prefers Quincy as a friend (friendzoned haha)

Although not being her thing, gwen has a much better aiming and accuracy than Quincy

Gwen is a big fan of the Blazing Sun and its her favorite desperado

Her and Adora sometimes share their burning power!! -Gwen's best hero friend of each category are: Primary: quincy; Military: Brickell; Magic: Ezili; Support: Silas -Gwen aspired to be get a Super Mines degree, but never tried it,, -Gwen has actual pyrocynetic powers, and can set her hair and body on fire (can become a fireball too) -She has a firefox pet, but wishes to have a phoenix of her own too,, -Her fire is friendly for nearby monkeys and buff them instead, showing she has a perfect control between science and magic

The rogue and I were window shopping in Absolom

My wizard came across a lovely black velvet and lace dress in a shop, and was trying to decide whether or not it was worth the 350 gold price tag. Our rogue was adamant I should buy it, so much so he offered to pay half. We go into the shop, I try it on, the GM decides to roll to see how well it fits, rolls a Nat 20. Decides the dress fits me so perfectly, I get +6 charisma when wearing it, and the shop keep starts weeping because it's so perfect. The rogue, in his jaw dropped awe, goes to find a painter. Painter comes in, makes an almost perfect likeness, refuses payment out of sheer appreciation. We give the painting to the shop keep, he is weeping in joy, takes the picture of his mom off the wall to hang it. He wraps the dress up in five layers to keep it safe, also tries to refuse payment. I feel terrible and slip 100 gold under the counter for him. Find out the painter is going to become famous when people see his work in the shop.

Sure thing! Thank you for asking : 3 Sorry for the wall of text ahead! <3

* - It was a slow, very slow courtship between T and Ilsther, mostly because of his fear of commitment, and the fear he’d lose her as she could be made a target. At one point he just gives in and does accept to be her mate. (Yes, she asked him - several times, before he agreed.). He was 30 when they met, and she was 35. (Yes, she is older) 

* - Regin was born in one of the many colonies, raised by Children of War. This makes him an orphan. If he knows of his parents or not… well. Someone should ask him.

* - At age 35 he was tasked as bodyguard to a certain couple of scientists who were part of a team for a Classified project (surveying different territories for Base of Operations… blah blah). This couple were the Elvodonis. Not only the Ts were placed as the Elvodonis neighbours in this remote town in Palaven (Ilsther was thrilled to set roots somewhere) - but he traveled to many galaxies and different planets with them and, a obviously a friendship grew between them. Things drastically changed when the Elvodonis had their first child, Cilea. 

* - T disliked children, did not want to be a father to begin with, due to the aforementioned fears. Or so he thought. He was supposed to be their bodyguard, not their fluff caretaker. In turn he gained an adopted child. They developed a very close relationship from early years, which still stands to the present. Cilea was the nudge Ilsther needed to make Regin make the choice of having a child of their own. “You are great at this.“ (several photo blackmail might have helped win her case). A year after Agin was born, he was given a new assignment, and thus the travelling years away from home began. He was rather… protective, of the little femtur.

* - Agin was 13 when his mother died. Ilsther (60) died during the Contact War. She was in a relief ship that got target and attacked by Alliance strike teams. A civilian casualty, among with a couple dozen injured and other personnel. This of course made him be quite sour in regards dealing with humans from then on, however he’s learnt to put things behind and give them chances. War is war. Regin 55.

* - Agin and Cilea were, of course, best friends. He was a systems engineer, and she became a pilot.

* - Four years after Ilsther’s death, there was another low blow for the Ts and Elvodonis alike for Cilea was diagnosed with (a form of) cancer. It were ten years of raising funds for her and being there for her in any way possible. T sold their house and donated most of the money for research, Agin moved close to the hospital so he could go see her frequently. Regin would often travel to see her a few hours when he had extra hours, or did ask to be transferred to said hospital when injured. Thankfully, she recovered, and was able to return to her life.

* - Agin had a fascination with AIs and Geths. Regin probably read all the articles involving such for when he’d get in trouble due to it. ((Just a matter of time << ))

Bonus!

* - Regin gets along with Quarians very well. He does go the extra mile to help them. While assigned on the  Citadel, he would pull funds from one organization to another, meet the right people / doctors to make sure those Quarians he knew of would be able to finish their Pilgrimages / find jobs.

Have you ever modded a doll? If so, explain what you did and why! I've only ever had to fix a cracked knee on a supia doll. I just used epoxie and super glue inside.

Do you do your own faceups? Would you like to? I do my own face ups for the most part! I have never commissioned one but if I buy a doll second hand and it has an amazing face up that I like I will keep it unless it doesn't fit the character.

Do you give your dolls characters/backstories? Please feel free to share a few! I do with most of them. I think Kiki's crew and Demeter's crew have the most back story since they are originally a book series (Kiki) and a comic (Demeter). Plague just has a basic character profile. She is based on my MMORPG avatars which are always named Plaguebearer.

One of my favorite dolls owned by another is Zephii owned by crazykimochi I think that all of her dolls are really romantic and whimsical and she isn't afraid of showing that with her stories. Seeing all the variations of Zephii over the ...three years? she has had her has been really lovely. The current Zephii is my fave. Those eyes! *O*

If you could only own one doll, what sculpt would it be? My Delf Soony- Kiki She is the ONLY reason I got into the hobby. Without here I wouldn't have ever gotten in.

Do you sew for your dolls? If so, tell me about it! If not, would you like to? Omg nooooo....I can sew basic things like plushies but making patterns for clothes? *cringe* I would love to someday but that doesn't look good haha

Share a little about the next BJD you’re planning on getting. I bought a Feeple60 Moe Celine and I am shelling her as Plague. I cant wait to put her with my sister's Soony (Cookie) who is her wife. I've reshelled her two times before and none of them were right. This time feels refreshing though so I hope it works out.

How many dolls do you own/want to own? I want....as many as I feel inspired by not just think are beautiful. I own...Kiki, Darren, Demeter, Razz, Trev, Rooks, Eclair, Thadie, Grim, Hellbaby. so....10 with one incoming. plus a two floating heads...oh my glob.

Do you prefer white skin, tan skin, normal skin, or other skin tones? I honestly love all resin tones. I prefer normal to paint, white for the dramatic nature of it in pictures and tan...because its beautiful. I really miss owning a tan resin doll.
