We made it home. 😭 Beach vacations with them used to stress me out so much. The sand in their mouth and ears and everywhere would give me the same feeling of nails on a chalkboard. I guess that was just unmedicated me? Because this week was the best vacation we’ve ever had. The perfect beach town, the perfect amount of chill, no major disasters. Very a-typical Boyer vacation luck! Some of my favorite parts: Jumping waves with Sam until we both wiped out. Seeing Bo’s smile as he got to get in the pool for the first time in over a month. Watching Wes’s little legs crawling all over the sand, occasionally stopping to eat it or the shell he was always carrying around. Watching Phil try unsuccessfully to get the kayak into the very very choppy water. #sorryphil The boys catching their first fish, and seeing the baby sand shark someone else caught.
