I still remember that one time on my old blog that someone tried to call me out for reblogging a trans oriented post bcs I 'seemed cis' Me being cis is not only the greatest joke of all time but it's also hysterical that they didn't even read my about before doing it and the moral of the story is that tumblr is a very silly place, kiddos

            his gaze lifts towards the other man and he just looks at him a moment.  he’s not quite sure what to think of his words.  he just knows they don’t feel very fitting.  he feels less like he’s playing at hero and more like he’s just trying to pay penance.  or feel less like horse-shit. “ i’m not a hero, ” he returns while shaking his head  “  i’m just lending a hand.  ”  helping people instead of hurting them for once.  it does feel good,  though.  it feels a lot better than dragging innocent souls back to the shu to be turned into what he is.  

          𝐌𝐎𝐒𝐓  𝐎𝐅  𝐇𝐈𝐒  life  has  been  spent  wondering  if  he  made  the  right  choice  —  he  believed  he  could  do  more  good  as  a  heartrender,  save  lives  by  fighting.      (in  a  kinder  world,  he  never  would  have;      that  tells  him  enough).      but  fedyor  recognizes  the  beating  heartbeat  of  the  other  corporalki  as  true  without  even  thinking,  and  his  lips  curl  into  a  sad  smile.      “you  don’t  owe  these  people  ANYTHING.”      as  if  he  hadn’t  convinced  himself  he  was  doing  the  same  while  fighting  by  alina’s  side.  fixing  the  years  he’d  spent  by  the  darkling’s  side.      “and  doing  good  isn’t  easy.  it  should  still  be  celebrated.”
