Every now and then I’ll read one of those “arranged marriage” fics (usually Naruto fics because it makes sense with the clan stuff), and a majority of those times it’s like “enemies/rivals who find out their parents made a marriage contract involving them”
And I think there should fics with a plot line like that, except if it takes place in an action-y universe, one of them should be making “about to be widowed” jokes
Like say it’s a Naruto fic, if Sasuke’s about to go fight someone, he should turn around and see Naruto in a funeral outfit, already “crying” about his “deceased” husband, I just think it’d be funny
