Swedish Meatballs. This is a wonderful recipe. These are done with pork. As for the sides, let’s just say my heros, our local farmers, have indulged my love of purple veggies. I mean, seriously, these purple potatoes! Simply steamed, they were an ideal bed for the meatballs!
