SOTM basic mascot photos part 5

(Yes I’m putting this intro thingy on each post, because there is no guarantee everyone will see each post, and credit should be given on each post, and same with info) credit to: ☕️Mr. DaBois Official☕️ YT on sketchfab for porting these models, I’m the one who took the photos, however a downside is unfortunately they were not able to find the different color variants (different textures), and I myself don’t own the game nor do I know how to extract that kind of stuff, they also said the models weren’t labeled with any specific names so fans will have to come up with their names.

DaBois didn’t mention why Sharpay’s eyes are black, maybe it’s a texture bug? Either way sorry.

Cataloging basic enemies in SOTM

Okay so I was going over gameplay footage of SOM to see how many basic enemies (suits the Mimic can hide in) there are, you’d think it’d be simple but if you notice there are actually multiple variants of each character, so all in all the total count of enemies I found through some footage is 65, however that likely isn’t a total count as there are characters that I assume exist based on the pattern of mascot variants, however I can’t find any video or image proof of them, however counting in these characters I can’t find (but likely do exist) the total is 92.

(minor spoilers to the enemy designs below)

Now to explain how I came to this number, obviously there are color variants, but there are also variants that are worn down/old, and variants that have no coverings so they’re just the foam padding. So here’s a complete list of the ones I could and couldn’t find (will spoil it for those who haven’t seen): -Elephant ones I can find: grey skin with green and white outfit, old grey skin with green and white outfit, grey skin in striped outfit, orange skin in striped outfit, old orange skin in striped outfit, orange skin in star pattern outfit, pink skin in striped outfit, old pink skin in striped outfit, foam padding, and old foam padding. Elephant ones I can’t find: old orange skin in star pattern outfit and old grey skin in striped outfit. -Party Hat Dog ones I can find: orange fur with striped pants, old orange fur with striped pants, orange fur with striped full body outfit, foam padding, and old foam padding. Party Hat Dog ones I can’t find: old orange fur with striped full body outfit, white fur with striped pants, old white fur with striped pants, white fur with striped full body outfit, old white fur with striped full body outfit. (There is an animatronic/prop version that is white so that’s why I assume there are costume versions aswell). -Sharpay (the poodle) ones I can find: pink and white fur, light brown and brown fur, old light brown and brown fur, Dalmatian fur, foam padding, and old foam padding. Sharpay (the poodle) ones I can’t find: old pink and white fur, and old Dalmatian fur. -Bee ones I can find: yellow bee, old yellow bee, red lady bug, old red lady bug, green wingless bug, old green wingless bug, foam padding, and old foam padding. Surprisingly there are seemingly no missing ones. -Mycellium Men (mushrooms) ones I can find: blue, old blue, pink, old pink, orange, old orange, green, old green, foam padding, and old foam padding. Surprisingly there are seemingly no missing ones.

-Jest (jester) ones I can find: pink and yellow outfit, old pink and yellow outfit, green and yellow outfit, old green and yellow outfit, silver and white outfit, and old silver and white outfit. Jest (jester) ones I can’t find: foam padding, and old foam padding. -Hudgie (hedgehog) ones I can find: blue fur, old blue fur, greenish blue fur, old greenish blue fur, red fur, old red fur, foam padding, and old foam padding. Surprisingly there are seemingly no missing ones. -Bird/crow ones I can find: blue and pink outfit with blue fur and black hair, old blue and pink outfit with blue fur and black hair, pink and teal outfit with pink fur and yellow hair, old pink and teal outfit with pink fur and yellow hair, white outfit with blue fur and blonde hair, old white outfit with blue fur and blonde hair, and old foam padding. Bird/crow ones I can’t find: foam padding. -Lion ones I can find: red fur with black outfit and hair, and old brown fur and hair with blue outfit. Lion ones I can’t find: old red fur with black outfit and hair, brown fur and hair with blue outfit, foam padding, and old foam padding. -Lemur ones I can find: teal green fur, mime, old mime, brown fur, and old brown fur. Lemur ones I can’t find: old teal green fur, foam padding, and old foam padding.

Will maybe make posts with photos of these variants, that is if I can find good photos, my references I used were gameplay footage of them running which doesn’t make for good photos, if I can find a way to get good photos I will. Also if anyone can help me find out if any of these characters with no names do indeed have names that’d be greatly appreciated.
