People talking about clearing and cutting threads. I suppose I should learn how to ask for help because I can't clear them myself and so I cut them but I always botch it and end up feeling like I'm dying and then I have to recover for three days. How do people do it without nearly killing themselves? Does my problem cutting the threads have anything to do with my empathy?
