Today, I saw my first ad film go into production. I sat in a conference room dominated by men-- and it was such an empowering feeling. This is what women who came before me fought for. For my seat in that conference room. For men to listen to me, not have me type the transcript of the meeting. And all this while I had a little smirk on my face. Because my T shirt read "Fight like a girl" And boy, have we fought, and are fighting well.
