Doodled a while ago, this an exaggeration of Discord events from three or so weeks ago. You know who you are, @mr-mikey. If Petra is not best girl you are having the mad. I am totally not saying this because I’m swayed and I’m not swayed by the way. Pinnacle of impartiality, that’s me. XD
I jest of course, though Petra’s S Support is legitimately amazing and a perfect conclusion to Petra in general. I’d say uncontrollable hype is perfectly understandable in this case.
Today’s Miitopia doodle is a blast from way into the past. All the way back to the demo portion, to be precise!
In the top right, here’s me giving the first present to @taiyo-luna, and also showing how it’s done at that!
What also turned up as a sign to come was my friend Mick Galbani’s jealousy. (or at least that of his Mii, who to be fair is way out of character in doing this)
He would then proceed to be the most commonly jealous out of the entire maingame posse, especially of Luna, whom he has trouble getting along with to understate things.
Either way, more than enough reason to adopt the jealousy into my headcanon and draw it! Why the heart robe? Well, on Soulworks Island back in Tomodachi Life he is actually the marriage god!

Let’s flash back to the good old time he and Palutena reunited in the Dark Lord’s castle.
But what exactly did Soul do to get to the “likes a lot“ zone? Oh, I dunno...
He just outright proposed to Palutena! Because that’s normal! There’s so many things wrong with this, from the haphazard proposal to it apparently sailing over Palutena’s head (or her pretending to miss the hint like she probably would, take your pick).
Then I got back from vacation, and after the phenomenon that is TeeVee struck, it didn’t take too long before I drew this. With creative liberties of course.!XD

Uhh... this wasn’t the return I had in mind. XD
I’ve been back for a week, for starters.
Anyway, I was watching @tamarinfrog‘s stream at long last, and decided to have a laugh since we were talking bricks and I played a part in that:

Then I realized no one refreshed (silly me) but that’s besides the point. It’s been too long since I last drew anything, so it needed to be done, damnit!
You wanted a return post? Have a doodle instead!
Phew... I made more progress than last time, but still not much thanks to other blog+brick-related things happening.
It just so happens that I probably won’t have time tomorrow, and I tire of not being able to use my “Squid Hell self“ as my avatar for this blog. So here’s what I did: I colored my progress so far like you see above, and use that as avatar. Actually, I have no idea when I’ll finish this in its entirety.
Of course, this means still no bricks. Those happen to be the... hard parts. Pun initially unintentional!
So this one-day doodle requires some explanation. For starters, here’s my educated guess translation of SIN to Inklingese, in case people ever start drawing Sinikka and her custom Privateer Bandanna. I took the first letter from the Skalop brand Grape Tee, and the last two from Inkline. To get to the meat of this long train of thought, I need to reveal more stuff about Sinikka: She was supposed to be in the Scarlet Team, my team of S-rank aces. In addition, as a nod to TamarinFrog (who is responsible for my stay in Squid Hell in the first place) Sinikka is pretty much the figurehead of Squid Hell, which in my headcanon actually is an Inkling subculture for squids and giggles. Today I added two and two together and wondered: If Sinikka is at the top of an entire subculture, how under the sea is she not a captain of her own team?! That got me confused and drawing myself in my confusion. I don’t think I can justify Sinikka being merely a member of a team, as opposed to outright captain. So right now I’m figuring out what her team is like, as well as what her replacement will be in the Scarlet Team. I really need to get my squid together! ^_^’ (Yes, a certain green squid amiibo is being considered.)
