Sometimes the thought of being naked if front of others without your mask of protection can feel like death. And it is. Giving up the facade has consequences. When people see the REAL you, they might leave. And rejection and abandonment we fear most. Situations may change because you have. Yet, the freedom and the lightness that come as you are reborn in yourself, is priceless. You get to shed the old and step into authentic self expression.
