Hey y'all. I just spent a couple of hours compiling my summer playlist - and before you ask, yes, I realize that summer is like half over. Very simply, the songs on this playlist had to meet one (or more) of the following three criteria to be considered a "summer" song and thus be on this playlist. 1. If I were to be driving down a California seaside highway with the top down on a 1966 Ford Mustang Convertible, would this song be blasting as my hypothetical hair blows in the wind? Think "teenage angst". 2. Does the song make me want to be on a beach, sipping a Corona with a lime, next to a beautiful sunkissed babe? 3.
