SOURCE SANS
Project based on typography. The aim of the project was to redesign a font already existent: source sans.
It was a group project in which everyone had to collaborate in order to develop a redesigned source sans. Even tough there have been quite a few problems at the beginning of it and the group split in 2 for no reason, we all reunited and we realized that after working separately on it we were actually doing the same thing.
All the characters in the font have been designed according to 2 common rules:
Add an extra line to the character -the line has to be as thick as the original lines of the font.
Duplicate the character.
The rules were applied according the "it looks better like this" principle.
To present the new source sans i decided to bind together a little book made with post-it.
