What is your favorite book? Wow it's been a long while since I've read a book. Hmm... I went through this long phase during middle & high school where I'd devour adult crime novels. The Death Artist by Jonathan Santlofer is a dear favorite of mine. It's the first in a series and combines art & murder. Another would have to be Michael Crichton's Prey. I read it all in one sitting & was terrified to go to sleep afterwards. There's another book I read where it's a murder mystery and the murders were based off an Alice in Wonderland macabre online RPG, but the title and author of that work escapes me.
Who is your hero/inspiration (real or fictional)? I guess it would be my parents. They came to this country some 23ish years ago and had to work from the ground up to give us the lifestyle that we grew up with. I still have memories of the hard times we went through (unlike my younger brothers lol) so it makes me appreciate everything they've done and inspires me to work hard for my goals.
If you had a superpower what would it be? Badass fighting skills. Enough said. If some ass tries to mess with me while I'm walking home in the middle of the night, I'll just destroy them with my moves and carry on. Either that or telekinesis.
What countries have you visited? Outside of the United States I've visited Bangladesh and Qatar, but if we're including airports then I can add Singapore, China, and Dubai lol.
What is your favorite movie? Oh no I can't choose just one... Anastasia, Ever After and Repo Men are a few on that list.
When was the last time you were joyful? This would have to be Saturday night two days ago. I went over to my friend's apartment for dinner & we made the most glorious burritos ever. I was in such a blissful state of food coma-ness afterwards.
What is your biggest wish in life? My biggest wish in life isn't anything spiritual or along those lines... I reaaallllyyy want to work with prosthetic devices in the future, whether it be the development of them, marketing for them- whatever. I just want to be involved in the field somehow. I'm kind of beginning to grant that wish myself with my senior design project (we're building a prosthetic leg for a dog; yeah I can ramble about our project all day I absolutely love it). But I guess after that I'd like my wish to be that I'm happy with myself & where I am in life.
What’s the cheesiest joke you know? Hmmm... I have a lot of punny jokes, cuz I'm a sucker for puns. Hmmmmmmm... Ooh I have one! What did Vincent say when he couldn't find his vehicle in the parking lot? "Where did my van go?" Because, y'know, Vincent Van Gogh. Hehehehe.
Do you play video games, if yes what’s your favorite? I used to play a lot in high school, but in college not so much. The Phoenix Wright series is absolutely the best! I still have to play the new one that came out (AA5). If you have a DS you should definitely check this game out! The same for the Professor Layton series! This one is more of a puzzle-based mystery, whereas in PW it's more of an investigation. There's also a Profesor Layton & Phoenix Wright crossover game as well, but I don't think that has been translated yet. I also play Kingdom Hearts (though I'm behind in the series) & Pokemon! I got Pokemon Y so if any of you play let's exchange friend codes :D
Do you want to get married one day? It's something I know I want for myself.
Which Bennet sister (Pride and Prejudice) do you think you are most like? Based off the book and The Lizze Bennet Diaries, I guess I think I'm most like Elizabeth. I wish I was like Jane, but alas it's not meant to be.
