When I first moved to Jersey I lived in the parish of St Brélade and La Corbière lighthouse was a five minute drive or a 45 minute walk along the cliff path. Now it takes a bit more effort to get here as I live in Trinity but I don’t think I will ever tire of this view. It is breathtaking every time I see it and in every type of weather. My favourite is during a storm when the waves are crashing against the rocks and the wind quite literally takes your breath away. Even on a dull January day the water is an amazing shade of turquoise.
