This might be the drawing that has consumed the most time in my life, made me think the most, and the one that made me fall in love with it over and over again during the making process. I don't want to ramble on and on, but I will always carry the pride of being able to draw this couple. Also, thank you for the certain crumpets (you know yourselves) for helping me with the placement of the "cryptic " (not so cryptic now, is it, saz) love marks 🙂‍↕️❤️❤️ the interactions I had were wholesome!!

With filters+ wip before coloring

My camera's really bad at picking the right colour scheme, so I tried my luck with the digicam- and I can't decide between these so you'll have both !!

I'm slowly recovering after being sick in various ways since December, and this is likely the first time I've sat down to draw since then. Glad to say that now I'm mostly free from all the burden I've had for a long time lol

(The story behind this is also funny, this week is the last week of this term, almost everybody's absent, and the teachers who had to be in classes just didn't come to the classes at all, or if they did, they'd just sit and scroll on their phone. Well- not my literature teacher- he just said he was bored so we started watching Ferdi Tayfur's films -personally they aren't my favourite- but he offered to get us coffee while we watched it so I wasn't against it)

(Also I had brought brownie cakes but since we had no plates whatsoever- we all ate from the same lunchbox and made quite a mess)

I finally drew Tristan; actually, I hadn't even thought about drawing him yet, but when I drew the curly hair, I thought about his potential to be Tristan and continued, and here we are in the end.

(Also, I wanted an orange-green theme for my socials, so this is my excuse + you'll now see it all over.)

Shit I just realized I forgot the mole... I'll be adding that later

The most important factor for me in this drawing was that I didn't use any reference points for the pose, the lighting and toning, or even the hand. I completely followed my own impulses, which is why there are so many things I later had to correct: his neck was far from its natural, his head was very round and his hand and finger length were excessively long for the pose. But being able to see those things gradually and be able to fix them made me happy.

In the end, it wasn't a "picture perfect" drawing as I'd have wanted, but I also think that's what Tristan's philosophy is all about, so it wasn't really something I was sulking over, at all.

Damn, Tristan. I really love this guy ( ´-｀)

Sneak peak of my sylvain WIP, this had been sitting in my drafts for too long, and I thought It would be the best to re-work on it, I can only do so much when I'm also studying for the upcoming Uni entrance exam (YKS) 😔

PS: sorry for not being around, I have so little time for this fandom when all I do is either study or find something I can soothe my nerves with, I'm not trying to be harsh with myself And am just letting things go their way, so I haven't been socially active in the meantime. Sorry if I didn't reply to your texts, didn't answer any questions asked, or just simply wasn't there to support when any of you needed it.

I'm mentally and physically at my greatest, but I find it so hard to find that balance between my social responsibilities and academic purposes, hope you understand, especially my moots. Just know you are loved, and being cared for, constantly from my view. I'm looking forward to catching up to the same pace of communication (I'm not sure if I worded that right but whatever) with y'all, just need to point out that I won't be that active here anymore, but you can always drop anything in my DMs on discord!
