Chernobyl
After more than seven years of searching for 'Chernobyl' in places so distant, both literally and visually, I've finally arrived in this urbex mecca. I have lots of anticipation and doubts for this five days trip, so wish me luck!
In exchange I'll bring back thousands of photographs, from which I'll post like five... or maybe even ten. Just kidding, I'll spam you slowly.

I admire what you've done here. Abandoned, soviet-era buildings and machinery are fascinating to me. A big thank you from Argentina.
That’s a wonderful compliment, I’m all blushed and flattered!
Greetings from cold Poland,
M.
Glad to see you're still posting
Posting so rarely breaks my heart, yet due to lack of time I chose quality over quantity. Hope you still appreciate my work!

Hi Matt :) I really like your work's aesthetics, especially in conjunction with your literary captions. You have a lovely sense for drama. Also, being from East Germany makes looking at your pictures particularly eerie :D Kind regards from Berlin - Daria
Thank you so much, Daria!
I’m flattered. It’s been a while since I’ve received such a nice message on my work. Especially it’s a message from Berlin, place I’ve visited so many times it became part of my little lifemap.
Wishing you all best,
~Matt
Why Art?
Hey!
I’d like to share some pure joy with you guys. I’ve had a surprise review of my work on WhyArt.pl! It’s a renowned polish site focusing on art&culture from all around the globe. I’m very grateful for recognition I received from people behind this project. Especially, since the praise comes from my motherland, and that’s really a scarce.
Also check out WhyArt.pl page on tumblr!
Cheers,
~Matt
