But shouldn't it be the canon version of the characters unless stated otherwise? 2p artists and writers call their work 2p, and that alone should be enough specification without people having to label the canon characters something extra to comply with the 2p craze. It's like if you write an AU fic, you label it AU, but if you write a canonverse fic, you don't usually label it anything special (I've seen people do it sometimes, but those are generally people who write majority AU and want people to know it's not that this time).

YEAH EXACTLY? And I could understand that a bit more if it was say, an artist like Beek that posts a TON of 2P stuff, but when it's someone who doesn't post or talk about 2p a lot??
