Studies show that it’s difficult to determine if soy can even alter males’ estrogen levels. I think you have essentially nothing to worry about.
That's what I figured. I mean, I suppose if you're the kind of n00b vegetarian/vegan who thinks that soy is the ONLY source of protein and that's ALL YOU EAT, you'll make yourself sick, but that's less some special property of soy and more that too much of anything is bad. Like if you ate beef three meals a day every day and idk drank beef milkshakes (D:) you'd also fuck yourself up good.

oh my god, you weren’t joking. I think if you just alternate between the soy products and the sausage you’ll probably be fine? I have no idea, truthfully. But now I do want to eat a bunch of soy out of spite.
