there are like several different types of cockatoo groups who are regularly in my neighbourhood, it's amazing just how unexpectedly big some of them are, and a lot of them are quite assured when you walk near them (unlike galahs who start trotting away when you're 10 metres from them)

these days i do too, i can barely sit through half an hour of the awards show when it was on TV, all it's good for is the obligatory reptile spotting in the audience

that's a pretty good guess, that's what i probably would've guessed myself. i think ultimately i'd be too prone to insulting other journalists on Twitter regularly

it's great, and it's also an inherently political thing so i don't feel like these two interests are disconnected.

i'm always surprised people don't know until i realise i rarely (if ever) talk about it.

what would you have guessed, out of curiousity?
