Sagara Souzou

Sagara-taichou was a great man who was sadly framed - the reason why Sano's so good at heart is because he taught his ideals to Sano as a child and they left a huge impression on him. So, I imagine Sagara-taichou'd have a lot of good, insightful things to teach.

Also, totally unrelated to this, but Sagara-taichou is really good-looking :P
