Expanding on the space hobbit thing, as I know almost nothing: hobbits have tough leathery feet, which makes their endurance even better than humans.
Aliens probably don't have very good endurance, passing out in exhaustion after a mile while a well trained human can walk for miles on miles.
Plus, humans are just weird in general. (Looking at "humans are space orcs" fandom) Humans consume toxic chemicals all the time, like Capsaicin(found in chilli), Caffeine, theobromine(found in chocolate), and we cut off our beards and hair. What little I do know of Hobbits states they grow hair on their feet too. Do they ever cut their hair? I find Hobbits kind of odd, but they seem just like humans with a few odd differences.
I still don't really get this because humans and hobbits live in the same world, but im going to go with the understanding that modern day humans are like what hobbits would become if they were aliens?? Or that hobbits view us the way we view aliens?
So hobbits are very similar to humans with a few differences- that's why they can live with Men in Bree and have similar culture origins to the Rohirrim. But I disagree about the differences you listed.
About the hair- From Tolkien's illustrations it seems that hobbits don't have beards and they keep their hair short. The hair on their feet also either doesn't grow long or is trimmed. So they're not that different than humans in that respect.
And endurance wise, hobbits can go on very long walks if they want to, but it doesn't seem like humans are any worse at walking than hobbits are. While we don't really get much comparison between average humans and average hobbits in terms of endurance (the humans who walk alongside the hobbits are rangers, soldiers, etc), the hobbits are often described as fatigued when Aragorn can still keep going, so we know an average hobbit does not surpass a human who's used to long journeys. Hobbits are described as very tough and durable though. So I would say there isn't a huge difference but maybe hobbits do have a slight advantage in endurance.
Overall, humans and hobbits are pretty similar, idk if hobbits eat chocolate and coffee and spicy food, but really they don't view us as total weirdo alien creatures the way we imagine creatures from space. I think it's plausible to say hobbits could evolve from humans or vice versa so maybe we could be hobbits returned from a couple generations at space. I'm still not really clear on the framework of this whole thing haha sorry
