"Spirit of the Law"- flat colors

My second-to-last project for my Intro to Sequential Class at SCAD.  I only had time for flat colors, so I'm hoping this summer to revisit it and add proper shading, texture, and lighting.  Regardless, I thought I'd post the rough version so you can see some of what I've been working on!
