I really enjoyed make this outfit for Sunny, AAAAND also, i helped making some renders for the event too!

my favorite of course, been Catnap and his mom

she was a pleasure to draw, specially her expressions!

and i also make some NPCs (IMPORTANT, THEY ARE NOT CANON IN THE AU AT ALL, THEY WERE MAKE JUST FOR SILLY FILLING IN THE EVENT)

Can you please draw what the Space Riders AU version of Giddy Golden would look like?

Thank you for motivating me to finally draw her! So here she is~

So! As for her backstory on this:

Giddy lost her parents when the Cult tried to infiltrate Aethelgard (her home planet) and get followers because of the variety of abilities the inhabitants possess (explained further down). She became very apathetic, but the pain never went away, so she decided she would dedicate herself to save others so they wont have to experience the same pain she felt. The why she joined the academy.

Once there she became friends with Luke (Catnap’s cousin, remember he is the rejected son of mob xD) and the one that would become her best friend, Patches Pooch (TownCritter’s boy, you can see it on xitt3r) and after seeing her on the state she was they basically forced her back to her planet so she can finally get the help she needed. With that her personality brightened and she became the Giddy she is today: cheerful, kind and most of the time…frigging clumsy!

Her planet: Aethelgard (I mixed two words by searching keywords on different languages xD) is an emotion-based planet, depending on their personalities, the inhabitants can gain one ability or the other… and if they get consumed by negativity… they can become pretty dangerous too. That is why the sages keep a vigilant eye on everyone. The planet possess 8 regions, depending on the region their clothes variate on patterns or colors. For each region there is a sage, they are the most powerful beings of each region, and a council of sorts, with strong magic and strong control of their power, not immortals, but they do live longer than the average critters.

Her powers: she has 8 powers, one for each color of her charm, and where the arrow points is the power she uses, all of them emotion based, some are physical, some are just manifestations… wont spoil much, but some of them she wont use them cause she feels dirty at the idea of doing it. Some are pretty basic and simple. Also her gloves (inspired by the artist’s ones for screen tablets xD) are custom made cause she uses some powers by using her hands. But if you are curious! She also knows melee combat!

She is the tracker of the Rejected Critters (her team) and second on command. (The leader is Luke as I stated before)

Her Gala Costume was made with my friend TownCritte and her home-planet one is a reference to a country, that is all I am saying 8P

Her cult disguise was fun to make and she was a bit hard of conceptualize cause of the logic of the Space Rider’s on and off field uniforms concept (cause yeah! I noticed the idea of the colors and stuff, which are neat details, I have always admired Onix’s costumes and outfits) but yeah, this is what you have to know at least for now about my dumb and clumsy pooch. Well that and that she is heads over heels for Luke ❤️

Fanart of Space Rider L! I decided to use my pencils more sparingly and to employ them only for highlights and deep shadows, as I liked the depth of the base color. 😌
