I guess I can imagine Kanou smiling proudly at Hide despite Hide looking troubled and horrified and guilt ridden. Kanou even beings clapping, grabbing the boys’ attention. “I’m proud of you, Hideyoshi. You’ve always been an obedient child.” Hide opens his mouth to say something, but nothing comes out. He looks over at Kaneki who’s staring at the ground, wildly. 

“Tell me, Hide. Did you know about Rize? About Kanou’s plan to turn me into a ghoul?” Kaneki gritted his teeth. Kaneki clenched his fist tightly, nails digging into his flesh causing him to bleed. 

 “Kaneki, I-” Hide stopped and bit his bottom lip, blood ran down his chin as his tooth pieced deeply into his tissue. He fought back tears.

Hi!! I'm new to the Stucky fandom (I'm always late to the party...) and boy, oh boy am I in DEEP. Problem is that I'm having trouble finding fics I really like. Can you rec some? M or E rated (Give me the sexy time!), Post Winter Solider involving Buckys "recovery". Dark and angsty tags are welcome - In fact they are encouraged. I have no triggers. ~ Thank you!!!

Here are three well written recovery fics that deal with dark themes.

Steve is putting a crimp in Bucky’s plan to pretend everything is normal post-WS, and he tests Steve’s patience by turning it all into a joke. But Steve can take a joke.

Steve loves Bucky.

…But who the hell is Bucky? The Winter Soldier is given a new Handler, but the Mission Parameters continue to elude him.
