Worst ever spaghetti warehouse San Antonio
I just left what was suppose to be a stress free family dinner at this location and unfortunately we had the most horrible experience ever. First the hostess tells us we are 2 minutes late to our reservation, of course I am there's no parking and I'm traveling with an infant. Unacceptable comment to be greeted with to your place. Then we are serviced with Destiny, who was rude, a liar, and ghetto. I'm upset having to even replay the level of unprofessional she is. She literally threw bread to us in the middle of the table like she was feeding zoo animals (maybe something she's accustomed to); my mother received an over cooked chicken parm and she said if I bring you another one it will come back the same and asks my mom if she wanted something else and my elderly and passive mom said no thank you and her response was "perfect." Rude. Lies. Ghetto. The list goes on and on but I'm not going to waste anymore of my time. I already posted on social media including yelp about this because she is unacceptable. He manager new lady with blonde hair was very nice.
