SpaLife Radio Social Media Copywriting

From September 2016 to June 2017 I was Deputy Producer at SpaLife Radio. Alongside my responsibility of producing shows, I also took the lead role in running our social media streams. Here are a few examples of my work.

SpaLife Radio Graphic Design Work

From September 2016 to June 2017 I was Deputy Producer of SpaLife Radio, Bath Spa University’s Student Radio station. In addition to producing and featuring in shows, I also overhauled the designs of every single show logo as they were looking outdated and low-quality.

I used a previous design and colour scheme to inspire my logo for ‘That Monday Show’. For every logo, I tried to use a minimum of four colours, but did break my rule on a couple of occasions to allow for continuity.

The ‘Sounds Queer’ logo uses the same font as the previous logo (which I also designed), but instead swaps the former white background for one containing the rainbow flag.

For both ‘The 50s & 60s Show’ and ‘Lights, Camera, Reaction!’ I manipulated background images sourced via creative commons to create colourful logos which suited the feel of the shows.

All the logos were designed to work well both on desktop and on mobile, all featuring the SpaLife Radio logo designed by Conor O’Driscoll.
