Wait… he only called her Maddie once? I always imagine it was more often…
Yep, he only calls her Maddie right at the end where he tells her to stop.
The rest of the time in S2, to her face, he calls her ‘Queenie’ (in 2x01, 2x04, 2x07, and 2x08) -apart from when he grabs her rug to throw in the moat in 2x02, he calls her ‘love’.
In S1, he calls her ‘love’ or ‘my Lady’ to her face.
