Finally tried this carrot cookie yesterday from @havenskitchen which uses carrot SPARCS from @baldorfood Admittedly carrot cake is not my favorite treat as it's usually too sweet. However, this cookie was excellent - just sweet enough with a chewiness from the oats and a crunch inside from pumpkin seeds and a slight caramelization on the outside. I hope they're using top notch ingredients at $4 a pop. #carrots #sparcs #foodwaste #cookies (at Haven's Kitchen)
