I got my copy in the mail today. I needed this book to come to today-with a week before my period when I am most hard on myself and most full of shame I needed the love notes inside the book. I needed the challenge that comes with the book that asks the reader to take a photo of the book with a body part where we have shame-a body part we do not love and tag it. Earlier this week I went out with a sleeveless top and instagramed a photo of my arm fat and named her Geraldine. In honor of Melissa May and her awesome book and body love and divorcing myself from shame I present my Back Fat who I will now call Princess Glitter Bomb:
