I participated in the Sonic Big Bang @sthbigbang this year and I’m quite proud to share some of the pieces I did, I’m so glad to have done some art for this amazing fic by @pastelspindash for the event. Did you ever find out in which what game Eggman discovers hell

according to somebody in the notes of that post it MIGHT be sonic rivals 2??? but that doesn't fully track because as far as i can piece together from the wikis (i know fuckall about rivals firsthand) its a) eggman nega doing stuff, not eggman himself and b) the ifrit isn't being used as a power source, it's being used as a "blow up the world" weapon. and even then there's no ties to the afterlife besides "there's some demon-ish guy in another dimension that's on fire"

i don't really know what deals with afterlife stuff in sonic besides frontiers, and even then it's about the koco and what they are and there's no Hell Dimension unless some really weird stuff happens in the final horizon dlc that jorb hasn't told me

im baffled. in what game does eggman re-enact the plot of doom. i want to know
