37:  i am a middle-aged white guy and i react with primal disgust and also fainting when people puncture my skin with needles so really tattoos and piercings are just not going to happen i've resigned myself to this fate plus i am indecisive as hell anyway

61: i lied to a kid a few hours ago i said that his paper would be fine and he didn't need to come in for another appointment before turning it in (his paper was abysmal we just are not open after five and i am not staying out all night in the cold to wait for a kid to email me a paper to edit in my unpaid spare time okay rant over)

137:  my handwriting is bad enough that i can be attractively self-deprecating about the fact that i write like a child or caveman but good enough that i can still safely deride my little brother for his abysmal penmanship it's the best of both worlds really

153:  did you know that we have known each other for over a year now did you know that i sometimes think about how i didn't know you before that one comment meme and then i get sad and confused and uneasy about the casual nature of coincidence

but then i get happy again because i remember the fill you wrote me and how it was excellent and cathartic and i feel better again
