SQLite to Spatialite magic
Oh man... this one was a grade-A PITA. Do you have a SQLite database you want to turn into a Spatialite database? Let me learn you. First, make sure that you have Spatialite installed. There are a million ways to do this — I picked the CLI because it's cool (and it's basically just a wrapper around sqlite3 with Spatialite statically linked). Anyway, all you have to do is open your DB with spatialite <your_database_here> and then select InitSpatialMetaData(); Boom.

windowsでspatialiteをビルド(途中)
windows8.1 VS2012使用。

OSGeo4Wをインストール。setupの実行ファイルは管理者権限で、for all usersで入れた。デスクトップのインストールのあと、アドバンスでzlib-develを入れた。
[freexlのビルド] 特に手順どおりで問題なし。VS2012 x86プロンプト。
[libstatialiteのビルド] makefileとnmake.optを書き換えてビルドした。(TBD) VS2012 x86プロンプト。
unistd.hがないのは/DYY_NO_UNISTD_Hを定義する。nmake.optのデバッグ側で定義されてないから足した。
※ローカルデバッグでは動くけど、リモートデバッグや実機環境では動かない。 LoadPackagedLibrary()で転んでそう?
