Respawning is only for characters in video games, while reincarnation is a belief that people will be reborn. respawning, means you restart as your character. while reincarnation, you're body is changed.
So, why can't spawnism be a religion: 1. lots of things(such as dead people) have proven this religion wrong already. 2. It started out with foresaken(a roblox game), in which, people who play the game and support this cult get banned(from forsaken discord and the game). 3. The spawn is a hoax in the foresaken game. its not real. Two time(the character who believes in it) was manipulated and murdered their lover Azure. 4. their 'God' is a literal PNG. and has not done anything but be a spawnpoint.
