just telling you about her past would be awfully rude, but i can tell you about my part in it

i’ve known mai for a looooooong time~

our bakers were close friends, and they started up a small business together. each of them had a specialty - that’d be me and mai.

we were close from the beginning too, way closer to each other than to our bakers i think

mai was more popular with the customers than me, but i never really minded. my baker did, though. jealousy was practically eating her up from the inside.

… the worst possible thing happened. my baker completely lost her drive and left to go back to school. mai’s baker did her best to preserve me so we could stay together…
