Ingredients: 4 tilapia fillets. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon chili powder. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Zest and juice of 1 lemon. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 400F 200C. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, chili powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Place tilapia fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tilapia fillets evenly with the spicy lemon chili mixture. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
