I'm forever grateful to Bali for helping me heal from burnout and set me on my yoga journey. One of the countless little things that this beautiful island instilled in me was a love and appreciation for sunrise and early mornings. Witnessing sunrise from the top of mount Batur 🌄when I first arrived in Bali in a fog of darkness and heaviness felt like that quote "the crack is where the light gets in".
